The carpet fitter was early and moan all the way doing the job wanting an early finish. we are disabled and he was shouting at my husband who has dementia and didnt uinderstand the instructions. im disabled as well and cant lift. he was going to dump and run. needs to go back to charm school and not treat a vulnerable adult the way he has. he has admitted he hassled us.
