"Astounding Courteousness"

Walking along the Above Bar Precinct somehow my glasses slipped to the ground buckling the frames and losing a nosepad.

I entered Optical Express in West Quay and asked an assistant to replace the nosepad, expecting to pay for the service to be done.

Less than 5 minutes later the wonderfull blonde lady had not only replaced BOTH nosepads but also cleaned the lenses and perfectly reshaped and straightened all the buckled parts.

On top of all that for which she made no charge she presented me with a case within which to keep my glasses.

I have never before experienced such wonderfull complimentary service and have been unable to stop telling people about this.

Thank you Optical Express epecially as I wasn't previously a customer but I am now!
