"Antiquated Appt System"

I agree, it is very un user friendly. If you have a non emergency you still have to slug it out with the overnight emergencies and be expected to have an appt that suits them, not you. For those that work its very frustrating and means I only go there as a last resort. At other surgeries Ive attended you can make an appt a few days in advance which is far far better, and keeps the emergency appts for those that actually need them..
