"WHY DONT THEY ANSWER THEIR HELPLINE"

I CANNOT GET THROUGH TO THE TAX OFFICE.....why???? the only phone number is the 0845 number and its is permanatly busy. I have tried solidly now for 4 weeks.

Why cant there be other phone numbers to try or better still MORE PEOPLE EMPLOYED TO ANSWER THE PHONES.
