"Service ---- what service???????"

A review of The White Swan by CC----- Southampton - Saturday 14th of November 2009

Today at about 4pm I took my wife to a very quiet White Swan. We waited to be seated [waited at the "please wait here sign"] ---- for 10 minutes we looked forlornly whilst being totally ignored by the bar and waiting staff--- after 10 minutes we left --unhappy....... we shouldn't have been unhappy though ----- we went to the Cowherds on the Common ---- and had a great meal... I would recommend the Cowherds to anyone!!!!!!!
